Q: What is bond cleaning?

This is the degree of cleanliness required by an estate agent so that the tenant can get the bond back. It involves cleaning extractor fans, removing wallpaper fitted by the tenant, cleaning window tracks, carpets, curtains, any electrical appliances, light fittings and walls among other things.

Q: What is end of lease cleaning?

This is the degree of cleanliness required by an estate agent at the end of your rental lease. Thorough cleaning of the property, both inside and outside, should be done before vacating the property.

Q: Will we get our bond back?

Yes. Our high quality cleaning services will leave the property as clean as it was when you moved in, enabling you to get your bond back from the estate agent.

Q: How long does the cleaning take?

Generally, it takes between 4 to 7 hours per house. However, the amount of time used will vary depending on the condition of the property.

Q: How much does it cost?

The cost varies according to the client’s needs. However, we guarantee that our rates are affordable even for those on a budget. Normally prices start at $150 for a small apartment and increase depending on the size and condition of the property.

Q: Do you have insurance?

Yes we have insurance for all our cleaners so you won’t have to worry about paying for any accidents that occur in the cleaning process.

Q:  Do you clean the outside of the property?

Yes. We clean patios, gardens and yards. We have a team specialized in those skills to leave the outside clean and beautiful.

Q: Do you clean windows?

Yes. We clean all windows in the house.

Q: What areas of Sydney do you service?

We offer our services in Inner West, Sutherland Shire, Sydney CBD, Hills District, North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches.

Q: What are your operating hours?

We operate between 08:30 and 5:30. We also work weekends by prior booking.

Q: How do I get a quote?

Q: How do I pay?

You can pay via cash, bank transfer, credit card or debit card. When paying via bank transfer, the funds need to be paid earlier since it will take time to clear.

Q: Do I need to be around during the cleaning?

No. We understand you may need to be at work or somewhere else. You can leave the key in a safe place at the premises or you can leave it with the estate agent for us to pick up as long as it is within a reasonable distance.
